家庭旅遊

這間酒店有地點優勢，行過對面已是地鐵站。搭一個站便到旅遊點海上世界站，那裏有幾十間食肆，飲食十分方便。酒店價錢，舒適度都良好，唯一缺點是酒店竟然會沒有冰箱，實在十分不便。我訂的是家庭房，有小孩，沒有冰箱真的十分不便。如能夠改善這點便很好。

The hotel is central, close to Sea World and there’s an underground station across the road. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, but don’t speak any English. There isn’t a restaurant or coffee available in the hotel. There is a 24/7 coffee shop across the road and international food restaurants in the nearby Sea World. Good value hotel - and I would stay there again.

酒店鄰近地鐵站，很方便。價錢合理，房間算整齊乾淨，服務員態度好，有禮貌。唯一問題是房間竟然沒有冰箱，實在太不方便。

特價房原來是沒有窗口的 房間隔音一般 假窗沒關好可聽到隔壁的人說話 我朋友說一大清早被隔壁房的說話 出門聲音吵醒了 我卻沒什麼影響

Poor service

The hotel is hard to find(no english sign). The pillow smells like ash tray. The staff nice but speak only Chinese and VERY basic english. Had to use google translate for the word "Metro". Not really recommend to anyone unless they really have to stay there.

Good location, but signs of careless renovation in room.

This hotel is in a great position - almost literally on top of a subway station, and 10-15 minutes' walk away from the Sea World area. The staff are friendly (the ones I dealt with didn't speak English, but luckily I only needed to check in and check out) and the room was comfortable. However, there were signs of careless renovation in the room. It was obvious that the glass door on the shower cubicle had broken then been removed, as the hinges were still attached. It had been replaced by a shower curtain, which is no bad thing in itself, except this one was about eight inches too short so didn't go to the ground. Also, in the bedroom, the wallpaper was peeling at the edges. Neither of these things in themselves spoiled my stay, but they make me slightly suspicious.
