Nice and clean hotel with new techs (small throngs like the curtain opens automatically when you open the door, facial recognition to open the side gate). Nice location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The English communication skills of the staff was very poor and some could not even speak in English. The room service and menus where all on WeChat in Chinese. It’s strange considering it’s a well known western chain
