Staff were exceedingly polite and professional going out of their way to help a foreigner navigate food delivery and to locate the Chinese address for places I needed to DiDi for business. 酒店整潔，健身室也不錯；但入住當天晚上到11點多外面已經在修路，我房間正好窗戶向整路方向，本以為很快會完成，結果12點睡覺時候還是不停聽到噪音；結果受不了在床上睡不著，打去前台，酒店雖然說可以幫我們換房間，但結果整整等了45分鐘-一小時左右多次催促下去才結果換到了一間同樣面向的房間，雖然遠離一丟丟但還是輕微聽到聲音。 明白酒店控制不了政府部門修路，員工也說了他們就時間報警了，但對於1000一晚的連鎖酒店對於發生的情況反應回饋不夠快，加上也沒有任何主動小禮物或小賠償，也是蠻失望的 有一說一，床是ok舒適 的，整潔度也是可以的
