중국인 택시운전사들이 알수 있게 중국어로 표기하던가,적어도 중국발음에 가까운 영어 스펠링을 표기하던가 해야함~! 아무 중국인도 못알아듣고 모르게 표기된 호턱ㄹ스닷컴의 호텔명 때문에 너무 애먹음~~!!!

시내 중심, 지하철역에 가까워 교통이 편함. 객실 설비는 그다지 만족스럽지 못하였고, 냉장고가 제 성능을 발휘하지 못하였음. 1주일 간격으로 두 차례 투숙했는데 아침 식사는 불만족스러웠음. 매일 저녁 투숙객에게 간단한 과일을 방마다 제공하는 서비스는 좋았음. 두번째 투숙 시, 인터넷으로 예약한 가격보다 저렴하고 조식이 제공되는 조건이 있음에도 카운터에서 이러한 사실을 사전에 알려주지 않아 다음날 조식을 제공받지 못하고 많은 돈은 아니나 추가로 지불. 마치 속은 듯한 느낌이 들어 상당히 불쾌하였음.

従業員の対応が非常によいホテル

部屋はすごく広くて快適、清潔感も満足レベル。一番評価できるところは、従業員の対応力と親切さ。ランドリーサービスがなかったが、フロントスタッフと清掃スタッフが対応してくれた。特にフロントの女性スタッフは衣類が問題なく部屋まで運ばれてきたかなどの細かな気配りまでしてくれた。従業員が全体的に向上心が高く、親切心にあふれている。

さすがの一言です。

瀋陽駅に比較的近く、地下鉄太原駅にも近い立地で、非常に賑やかな所ですね。 立地も良く客室に関しても不満は全くありません。 がしかし！ 客の多い事多い事・・。 私の行った日が特別に多かっただけかも知れませんが、フロントが客で溢れかえっていました。 その結果、4機（３機？）エレベーターでも飲みきれない程で、なかなかエレベーターも来ない。 この点は少々不満ですね。

繁華街に近いホテル

シャワ‐の水の量が少ない、そして、手で持つホースがなくて不便です。浴槽室のカーテンが長くて足で踏んで、浴槽から転んでしまい、肩や肋骨あたりが怪我した。また、二日目のとき、バスタオルが交換してもらってなく不愉快でした。 有線ランがなくてパソコンが使えない。
