“We booked this hotel last minute. It was a beautiful hotel very clean, staff really pleasant and helpful. Our room was amazing, very large and contained everything you needed for comfort and touch of luxury. We will certainly go back. ”

“La atención de la recepcionista y la camarera de piso fue excelente pero las habitaciones están muy descuidades y se nota que falta personal de limpieza. Camas rotas, sofá y moqueta sucios y viejos, la ducha se sale por encima de la cortina e inunda el baño. ”

“No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en Derby y nos ha encantado tener el hotel al lado de la estación, nuestro traslado de ida y vuelta fue en tren. El centro de Derby está a 15 minutos caminando lo que también nos gustó ya que es otra manera de conocer los alrededores.”
