Besides my reservation being cancelled in error, the desk clerk was very nice and resolved the issue, very accomodating. Parking lot well lit and there was plenty of handicapped parking places. Room was clean and everything looked clean and fresh. Breakfast was awesome. Have never had a better breakfast. Selection was phenomenal and the hostess was cherry, smiling and singing Christmas Carols. She made sure to greet and ask if you found everything you needed. Will stay here again!

The staff was absolutely top notch and super friendly. They addressed issues quickly and positively and felt like old friends by the time we checked out. And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good spread of different breakfast items ranging from cold cereal to waffles to scrambled eggs (sometimes cheese omelettes). It’s in a decent area near some fast food restaurants as well for a quick bite if needed.
