My first time at this Hotel . The welcome by the staff was excellent and the room was clean but thought it needed a refresh. Had a pleasant sleep and woke refreshed.
The room was dark and only had a very small window with no curtain. The bedside lights, only one worked. There was no kettle, I had to go ask for one. The bath was dirty or marked and there was mould in the corner. The bath panel was not fitted properly. The pipes banged all night. There was banging doors all night.
I was told breakfast was at 8am but no one was down there when I went down. I left without having breakfast.
Needs some (a lot) of tlc but was perfectly suitable for my needs. Clean room, huge bed, free WiFi, working tv, free coffee/tea/water. No time to check out the breakfast as I had to leave early.
This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
The shower tray was cracked , the windows were loose and banged all night.
This place was so bad I was booked in for two nights but only stayed one night .

The decor was okay but there was damage to the panels in the bathroom and dead flies in the light shade. Toiletries were provided which was a nice touch. It is a good location near eating places and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. A bit more attention to detail and it would be good place to stay.
Owners were lovely but the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained 2 old towels for the whole 2 days there.
Poor cleanliness, duvet under the cover filthy, and old, no pillow protectors, hole in the carpet, plug sockets a joke as one high up on the wall that was DIY, wall sconce hanging off bed side lamps had no plug sockets so couldn’t use them. Sweet sickly smell through out. Parking horrendous. Sheerness overall naff don’t bother going. Have never seen so much rubbish in all our life.

A little chilly.
Old but recently refitted.
Bar downstairs if awful and loud.
Windows single glazed, lots of noise and heat escape despite heating on full blast.
NO HOT WATER!!!
Booked a 4night stay, handed my keys back after first night. Complained to the hotel and havent even had the decency to reply to me 2 weeks later. Room was dirty, scokets hanging off the walls, holes in bathroom walls stuffed with toilet paper, rat traps in the room.. zero communication when i checked in just handed the keys. Would not recommend at all and am seeking a refund for the nights i was unable to stay as i had to seek alternitive accommodation
We booked a twin room at a cost of £63. We were given room 16 which was on the top floor.
So why have I rated the stay at terrible.
There is no reception. There is a phone number on the door which we tried to call and it never connected. You have to go into the pub which is next to the “reception” to check in. This not mentioned anywhere on the site
There is NO parking. You can pay to park in the council car park or risk leaving your vehicle down a side road around the back of the hotel. The side road backs onto houses and is more of a dirt track than a road.
My stay was on a Friday night. The pub had a disco which went onto way past 11pm. You then had the customers leaving and the inevitable fighting outside for another 30 minutes
There was no plug in the bath. The bath panel was damaged as where the boards inside the shower cubicle and the rest of the bath
The pop up plug in the sink did not work and the hot tap moved around when turned on. The mastic area behind the sink was very discoloured. During the night the sink made very loud “gurgling” noises.
We got back to the hotel at 10 pm only to then realise that there were no towels! We tried to contact the number that was on the door where the reception once was, but again could not get through
There are electrical extension cables plugged in to the TV and kettle. Neither showed any signs of being PAT tested.
There were two bicycles chained to the bottom of the stairs. Good luck getting out in the event of a fire

Where the pub is situated i did not realise that the hotels room are situated above a noisy pub which we stayed at friday night the 16th june and thw music was so loud i had to have the room television volume so loud over the top of the music and it did not go quiet until 3am and so if you want a quiet night or an early night sleep then this is not the place to go for that good night sleep as they play such loud music very good convenient links to transport and town centre though and everything being on your doorstep just a shame about the loud music the room was a lovely big clean room and very good size just the music and how late it went on til that let it down for me the rest was perfect.

We booked this hotel last minute as we needed somewhere to stay. Booked at 23.50 but had an hour to travel. When we got there we had to ring a mobile number to gain entry, waited for host to let us in, was a little rude as to why we were there so late, booked us in room which was basic, Ned not the best felt like we were going to roll out of it. We paid for breakfast but could not see anywhere to get it. The restaurant area was a storage room.
All in all it was dry, basic, but affordable and clean.
Would I stay here again? Yes if there was no where else but wouldn’t rush back.

Liked central location
Utter disaster otherwise
Needs to decide whether its a nightclub or hotel
Disgraceful amount of music noise transmitting fully up 2 floors. No sleep possible at all until booming stopped at 0015 1st night . 2nd night bar to be open til 0100 am so didn't stay a second night
People screaming, fighting and repeatedly swearing outside that transmitted straight up to the room not pleasant either .

The hotel is very weary. Photos graphs of the property are misleading.
Staff very poor.
My room was not ready when I arrived @ 21.00 despite having sent 2 messages and one phone call to advise of my eta.
Apart from its proximity to the railway station I cannot find anything to recommend this establishment.
Absolute sess pit, dirty, filthy and invested with mice. No cleaning done at all during the whole week no toilet paper. This place should be shut down and condemned I have reported it to environmental health as it is dangerous....
The hotel must have recently refurbished and it was very clean. But the little details were missing. No hand towel or bath mat. The wardrobe had not been put together properly the drawers didnt fit. The duvet didnt fit the bed! Think it might have been a superking which was very comfortable but the duvet didn't reach the edges when we were in it, may be a king size.
Missed having fresh coffee at breakfast, was instant
