The bed was comfortable! Plymouth is a great town. I was able to park my truck and trailer in the parking lot. Great place and value.

This was a comfortable clean room to stay in. I needed a last minute room the day of so I booked this online, it was a little strange that there is no staff onsite, it was a remote check in so I had to call the hotel and they gave me the room number and access codes, pretty easy, but my room wasn’t ready until about 7pm because they had to call someone to come and clean it. Other than that it was a nice hotel, walking distance to restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but walls are paper thin. Every door is about two inches short, probably why you hear every noise in the hallway. No staff since it doesn’t have any except cleaning crew. You get an email to check in with a code similar to Airbnb, just don’t expect the room to be ready when you are checked in. Check in is 3 even after being checked in. Cleaning crew was nice. I wouldn’t expect daily cleaning unless you call for it. The area is great for a small town with everything within 10 minutes drive. Bathroom had a kitchen sink with a drying rack in the bottom. One of the good things was a full size refrigerator and freezer. Parking was good.

Nice room clean. Looked new better than expected. It was different with no employee there. Only thing i had a question about was check out? We just left and figured it was automatic cause we were gone before checkout time.

No humans weird but it worked because we had no issues, no questions but if we did we would of been in trouble or even not had a place to sleep for that reason I would not take a chance again otherwise place was clean and comfy. Also leeft to get room cleaned and new towels either didn't happen

Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.

Needs new towels, bedroom floors not too clean. Besides that, nice place to stay if you’re racing at Road America, plenty of places to have breakfast and dinner

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
While the room was clean there was no one available at the front desk 24-7. My room was never cleaned during my entire stay, no fresh towels were ever delivered even though there was a door hanger which allowed me to indicate “please make up room”, the trash was never removed during the 7 day stay. As advertised as a bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast provided. I also noticed that my rate doubled for the Friday and Saturday stay and it seemed that the hotel was not even close to being full. I am part of a very large racing community that goes to Road America and I will make sure that racers I know do not consider this hotel.
