Nice room clean. Looked new better than expected. It was different with no employee there. Only thing i had a question about was check out? We just left and figured it was automatic cause we were gone before checkout time.

No humans weird but it worked because we had no issues, no questions but if we did we would of been in trouble or even not had a place to sleep for that reason I would not take a chance again otherwise place was clean and comfy. Also leeft to get room cleaned and new towels either didn't happen

Came up for EAA Airventure, close hotel with good nightly prices to make the trip worth it. The town of plymouth was small but had a good atmosphere. Hotel was well kept and clean.

Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:15 pm. The hotel is "self check-in"...but we didn't receive an email or text to let us know what room we were assigned. When we finally talked to someone on the phone we received that information. When we found the room it was open...and not ready for us. The housekeeper did not know anyone would be using that room. We waited in the lobby for about half hour before the room was ready. The housekeeper was excellent...she did the best she could. For the price we would not stay again ($230 for the night)...and we will never book another self check-in hotel again. The doors were unlocked to the building...no one there to keep an eye on things...except a very busy housekeeper. We heard the owner is trying to fix up the hotel...we wish him luck.

The condensation from the AC above Suite 101 drips into the intake for the AC for Suite 101. Room had a wet smell, caused an allergy flare up. After waking up for the third day feeling congested and annoyed by the constant but random ticking from outside I went outside the unit to verify what was causing the sound and could clearly see what I mentioned above. After seeing this I turned the AC off and after a day I was back to normal. Suite 101 AC presumably needs a cleaning and maybe an awning of some sort above the window. Cannot say with certainty that it was mold in the AC but that is what I am allergic to.

Very nice, newly remodeled place! Very walkable in the heart of downtown Plymouth but also has plenty of free parking. Road America is a quick jaunt down the highway (maybe 5 miles or so.)

The room was not clean and did not have 2 beds like the reservation. There was food in the fridge and the bed was unmade. They moved us to a two bed room that was clean but there were beer cans in the trash. I was supposed to be emailed a confirmation code since there is no staff on the premises but I wasn’t. Very expensive room as well.
