I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush...”

“They were very attentive. I had a small issue and it was resolved immediately with exceptional customer service going above and beyond! Excellent place and very quiet.”

“It's an older property but, that doesn’t make it bad. My bed was clean and comfortable. I felt safe as a female solo traveler. The man at the desk was very nice.”

“No pueden solucionar nada, tuve que dejar la habitación unos dias antes y me realizaron el cargo completo ya que al hacer el check out no estaba la persona que podía hacer el cambio, despues intente comunicarme vía telefónica para que lo hicieran correctamente y nunca encontre a esta persona, durante la estancia las habitaciones se supone las hacen cada tercer día, en tres semanas que estuve solo realizaron la limpieza 3 veces y eso porque a diario tenía que solicitar lo hicieran y nada que lo...
