The hotel was amazing. The place is quiet and clean. The resort house room we stayed in was very close to the beach. It was amazing to swim there as it was not crowded. They have a nice snorkelling site well maintained The staff were super nice and helpful, they were polite and there for us 24/7. They also can suggest differents activities and tours with good prices Highly recommended, We are definitely coming back!!

We enjoyed our twelve-day stay. Mohammed Ali provided fantastic service and went above and beyond to meet our needs; we hope he becomes a manager soon, as he deserves it. Islam (Houseman) consistently maintained high standards and was always helpful. Adgab from the bar was consistently positive and cheerful. The night guard ensured we never felt unsafe while waiting. We felt very well cared for and are incredibly grateful. The property is conveniently located near the beach and some truly magnificent coral reefs; it was, in fact, even better than Ras Mohamed National Park. Furnitures need a bit of love and tlc. But that did not affect our stay.

Good stay

It was very good. Mr. Mohammad was so interested with us. Ali was also so helpful on the beach. Sayid made a surprise for us. Overall everything was good. In application it says that you should go to kiroseiz Naama bay. DONT GO THERE. Directly come to the Xperience Hill top beach.

Je recommande. Chambre et salle de bain satisfaisant. Grand lit confortable. Plage facilement accessible. Merci à Moussa d’avoir été très réactif pour le nettoyage de la chambre et de la salle de bain et à Adel pour sa gentillesse.

So so

The hotel is not clearly marked, our taxi driver had a difficult time finding it. The facilities are nice. It is in the water with beautiful snorkeling off of the pier of the resort. The room was nice, but cleaning service did not come any of the days we were there. The food is not good. It’s better to eat outside of the hotel. There are some restaurants about 800meters from the hotel. What is not nice about this hotel is that it is a part of a network of hotels. The other hotels bus in their people to this hotel because they do not have water front property. There ends up being way to many people for the amount of space available on the beach.

Null hotel ..At first for the first night they put us in a room with no working facilities and almost no sea view - very narrow view - air conditioner, fridge, safe case, toilets and even the room door wasn't working... After telling them that we are checking out, they moved us in a better room.. The staff are unprofessional and sometimes unpolite and rude because of the few numbers of employees serving the rooms and the pressure from the management .. Beach is very tiny and crowded because of the shuttles coming from other hotel branches... Food is terrible and repeated every day.
