- I tried to make the most out of the amenities - gym was really nice to have there for a quick workout. Pools were also nice and clean overall. - Some staff were rude, however, most were okay to deal with.. - There was a variety of food options at the restaurant inside the hotel, but not much for breakfast. They are strict on time - so make sure you’re not late for the times listed (they will not accept that you are late and will probably tell you to have to pay for your food from the bar at the pool..) Overall would say it’s not worth the nightly price tbh - it should be around 1,200 EGP MAX a night (not more)

Hotel is in pretty good condition for a 4 star hotel, staff is very helpful and kind and location is great, easy and nice walk to the Old market. The food is most definitely not worth the money, the food outside was much better.

Disliked: Amenities
This place was the worst part of my egypt trip, i originally booked two nights there but ended up leaving to another hotel after one day. The hotel staff was horrible, its like all of the workers there hate their job and show it. While i was there, i almost saw a brawl between two staff members, the reception desk takes for ever to give you any soft of assistance, and once they get to you they do it with an attitude like they are doing you a favor. The electricity in the room kept going off so i had to ask for help to get it back on constantly. The breakfast was horrific. You couldn't pay me to stay at a place like this again.

Disliked: Staff & service
The room was really cold and bed hard. I got ignored almost everytime I tryed to talk with the personel. First I thought it was gender related, but it might have been poor language skils. I was promised that someone would come, but that did not happen. So no toiletpaper, blanket, towels etc.

Top Mousa 👍
