Thanks at all one

The stay was excellent, from the first reservations manager, Mr. George, to the youngest people in the building, Chef Mohamed, Chef Ahmed, and all the chefs. Frankly, the utmost kindness and respect, the utmost politeness, and upscale treatment. I highly recommend it. It is a respectable and large hotel, and all its employees are very respectful.

We have stayed at Faraana several times before and have always had excellent service. The ongoing maintenance is very noticeable keeping up their high standards. Food is a good balance. We will certainly be returning in the near future. A big thank you to all the reception staff who remembered us straight away which was very much appreciated

I had a very good experience overall, especially considering the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Radah, who went above and beyond to resolve a misunderstanding with my booking and helped me get the room I wanted. The food was excellent, both in quality and portion size. The hotel’s design is beautiful, and the green spaces are well-maintained and pleasant to look at. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We did have an issue with mosquitoes, but Mr. Radah promptly provided mosquito repellent spray, which completely solved the problem. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its value for money, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations.

4th September monthly stay

We treat ourselves to a stay once a month. The hotel always gives excellent service and outstanding value for money. If you don’t like walking or steps then this isn’t for you but other than that it’s great. We will be back in October

you have to pay extra for internet which wouldn't be as bad if it actually worked throughout the hotel. wifi didn't work anywhere except directly at reception which is INSANE, there is zero wifi in the room at all, so you pay for nothing really, there is a reason it is priced so cheap beware

My stay at the hotel was unfortunately not comfortable. I felt that the staff were not cooperative at all and seemed to make things more difficult instead of helping the guests. The receptionist also behaved in a very unprofessional way, using inappropriate language with guests, assuming they didn’t understand his language. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t repeat it.
