Very clean friendly. Food had some issues under cooked. Room had no hot water after 5 minutes of showering. We had to wait 30 minutes between each shower and shower one a time with 2 bathrooms in the room due to the hot water issue

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Cleopatra luxury resort. The food was good with plenty of choice each night, and the staff were all very friendly. Special mention to Ezzat & Moustaffa around the pool who went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. The only drawback for us was the gym which could do with some refurbished.

The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. We arrived early, were given early check-in. We spent the day on a snorkelling trip and were welcomed back despite not spending a second night in Sharm. I highly recommend the resort. Lovely staff, good food and so accommodating our every need.

I completely will definitely recommend this resort to everyone who comes here. It was an amazing experience. Every staff member made it a beautiful memory. The staff is so professional and kind. The spy experience was fabulous. The manager and his staff work miracles they all deserve a big raise. I wish I could name each and every one of them, but I’ll tell you that everyone who was with us during this week was amazing. The rooms are nice very clean. The food is delicious. I had a very good stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort and its location are excellent, and it’s very close to the airport. Pre-booking a transfer is not really necessary — taxis are easily available on IDrive and very cheap. I paid around £3 from the airport to the resort, which is very reasonable. The resort itself is large, beautiful, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are impressive, and everything feels spacious. Food quality depends on personal taste. Some dishes were really good, but I felt there could be more variety, especially when compared to resorts in Antalya, where food choice and taste are generally better. A wider selection would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great resort, excellent value for money, and I would recommend it, especially for its location and overall comfort.

The hotel itself is stunning and very picturesque. The property is beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious. The hotel is also very clean, and the staff are polite and welcoming. However, the vegetarian options are extremely limited. The only choices available were grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, and rice. There was a pasta station, but for an all-inclusive resort, you would expect a much wider variety of vegetarian dishes. Communication was also challenging at times. Many staff members struggled to understand English and often relied on AI to communicate. Even something as simple as requesting a cup of oat milk became unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the hotel is visually impressive with great servic, but the limited vegetarian options and communication barriers made the experience less seamless than expected.

Hotel was clean and very tidy with staff continually maintaining the public areas. The food was good with an excellent choice every day with different specialties every day so not like other all inclusive where they sometimes do the same foods every day. We had a lovely holiday at this resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in Fellinis was superb as was the beach grill restaurant bar. The only setback is you have to book Fellinis and the Red Sea wharf restaurants. Make sure you book as soon as you arrive otherwise you might not get the opportunity to eat in these places. The pools around the resort has something for everyone. The Red Sea is great for seeing a variety of fishes. I would recommend this resort if you are visiting Sharm Al Sheik.
