We had an excellent stay at the hotel and would happily and highly recommend it to others. All of the staff were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating, including the hotel reception team, who were especially helpful and professional. Malak and Magdy provided exceptional service and worked extremely well as a team. They were always willing to help, frequently checked in on us, and promptly brought anything we requested. The pool was clean and well-maintained with a friendly and attentive pool attendant. The waiters were hardworking, housekeeping was excellent and accommodating, and the bartenders were very kind. Everything about our stay was excellent, including the cleanliness, comfort, food, and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

A comfortable stay. Lots for kids to do, kept busy throughout stay from pool to beach and sports. Friendly staff and entertainment in the evening. Food was excellent lots of variety everyday and caters for kids and adults. Clean pool. Rooms need to be cleaned better, very basic tidying. Rooms and bathroom need updating.

Price performance hotel

Although it is a three-star hotel, it is a nice hotel, it is very nice to be close to the sea and to have food on the beach all the time. We liked the most food options of the hotel, at the same time, it was very nice to clean our room every day. Overall nice hotel. The parts I don't like are that the alcohols are always hot, the bartenders are indifferent, especially the employees by the pool were very unhappy and constantly working with their faces hanging. But the friends working on the Restaurant side were very interested. By the way, there are too many flies in the hotel, this situation is annoying

First thing to say is how good Magdy in the restaurant is , as a manager hes superb and organises a busy arra so so well, also as a social connection to the guests he is unparalled and such an asset. The hotel should use him as customer relations more as he is polite , friendly and understands the guests individual needs, by far the best thing at this hotel. Hotel is decent with a nice family vibe but not a rowdy lots of kids vibe. The pool is the best arra to hang out but be early as its only got limited beds. Room are a little old fahioned but suffiecient and air wooks. The restuarant is good has loads of options and breakfast with egg station and lunch and dinner pasta to order was popular. The welcome bar needs thought as its neither a bar or a welcome. We enjoyed our 7 night stay and would go back

We had a lovely time at the hotel where we spent 2 weeks. The location is superlative, few minutes from all the key attractions in Sharm. We enjoyed the restaurants, the food and we want to send a special thank to Ashraf, the "pizza man". We used the local diving centre - Cinderella Eldawley- that we highly recommend to anyone (thanks so much to the owner Ahmed, the general manager Mr Yasser and the instructors Islam and Mustafa) for lots of dives and boat trips on the first week. They are a truly family orientated centre and we always felt part of the family. Well done!! The second week we did parasailing and some fun-boat excursions also arranged by the local centre - Le Vague Water Sport Centre - for water sporr experiences (thanks a lot to Mr Ibrahim). The pool, free drinks and the reef beach are also lovely and highly recommended (both open from 8am to sunset), especially doing snorkeling on the reef which is truly an anforfettable experience. The animation was also extremely well done and proactive in arranging day activities on the beach and evening shows on the amphitheatre which we really enjoyed. The only two comments we have are the rooms that require some level of refurbishment as they are quite dated, and one of the 4 shops on the beach, which sells oils and perfumes, that has a very bad habit of hassling and verbally abusing (even with inappropriate language) hotel customers who do not wish to visit or buy from the shop. All in all a great stay and holiday!!!

Disappointing stay despite strong reviews I chose this hotel based on the high ratings and positive feedback compared to other properties in the area, but my overall experience was poor—mainly due to lack of communication, an unhelpful check-in experience, and the condition of the room. My issues started before arrival. I received an automated message asking for my check-in time and whether I needed an airport pickup. I replied with the requested information and asked them to arrange airport pickup. After waiting 24 hours with no response, I sent a follow-up message—still no reply. When I arrived at the airport, I tried calling the hotel multiple times and no one answered. I ended up giving up and taking a taxi. At check-in, I asked about early check-in (as mentioned in my earlier communication), but they had no rooms available. When I asked why no one responded to my messages, the front desk agent’s response was: “we get too many questions.” That was not a reassuring or professional answer. I then had to wait about an hour before getting access to my room. Unfortunately, the room itself was the biggest disappointment. It felt very outdated and not well maintained. The lights were flickering, and the bathroom had visible mold and rust. I understand many guests spend most of their time outside, but basic cleanliness and upkeep should still meet a minimum standard.

wonderful summer with family in Sharm Egypt

the hotel is great! the service is wonderful and very very attentive. i travelled with my wife and 3 kids (17,14,13) the rooms are huge and great the all inclusive was fine for me but not easy for my children, since they are very pickey and it wasn't easy enough for them to find what to eat. the beach if great! you have a platform you have to walk on to get to the water, since the corals are smack on the beach. wonderful coral, since it's a private beach and people from the outside can't enter. great scuba center. Nice beach bar&pool bar, nice pool. nice animation team to keep you busy during the day and night. the hotel near by, amphoras aqua, 6 minute walk away has 4 great water slides , the kids loved it! you leave the hotel and there is a minimarket and souvenier shop right there, a drugstore and an ATM 5 mintues further away another 10-15 souvenier shops and more supermarkets. there are SHARM taxis waiting outside the hotel to take you where ever- soho, old market, naama bay or Genena mall. the distances from place to place in SHARM are extensive, but no traffic so with in 10-20 minutes you are there. everyday there is a shuttle at 18:00 that leaves to naama bay, need to pre-register. free downsides: 1. gym's a/c didn't work evern though we comlained a few times, my wife was counting on it 2. The veriety of food for my children and wife was challenging. 3. Animation team scheduale wasn't up to date, so we didn't know every day what they did all and all perfect!

Siamo appena rientrati da una settimana all'Amphoras Blu e siamo stati davvero bene. La scelta di rendere il resort Adults Only è stata, secondo noi, vincente: finalmente si può trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax. L'atmosfera è tranquilla e ideale per chi desidera riposarsi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera appena ristrutturata, moderna, spaziosa e molto confortevole. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è che non serve nemmeno l'adattatore: sono presenti sia prese compatibili con quelle europee sia porte USB per ricaricare comodamente telefoni e altri dispositivi. Tutto il personale è sempre stato estremamente gentile,sorridente e disponibile,facendoci sentire accolti in ogni momento. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Hadeer, che con la sua dolcezza, la sua disponibilità e il suo sorriso ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. È una persona che sa davvero far sentire gli ospiti coccolati e seguiti. La cucina ci ha soddisfatto molto. Oltre al ristorante principale, è possibile prenotare gratuitamente una cena nei ristoranti à la carte del resort: quello italiano,davvero ottimo,quello libanese,il greco e il ristorante di pesce sulla spiaggia, tutti assolutamente da provare. Una menzione anche alla pizza preparata sulla spiaggia all'ora di pranzo: è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Posso dire sinceramente che in Italia ne ho mangiate di peggiori. Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi e staccare la spina l'Amphoras Blu è un ottima scelta. Noi ci torneremo.

Hotel muito bom - excelente custo benefício. Equipe bastante prestativa, educada e atenciosa. Ótima localização. Pelo valor oferecido da diária com all inclusive, achei um excelente custo benefício. Pontos negativos: embora meu quarto ficasse de frente para praia, à noite era possível escutar um som alto, que durou até por volta das 22 horas. Como precisava acordar às 02:00 am para visitar Petra, o som alto acabou atrapalhando meu sono e descanso.
