“the experience was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. The view is not good. The balcony was extremely dirty, with dusty glass that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. “We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. “Let's start with the communication. I emailed them and they never responded to both my emails. I called the number provided and the person said wrong number but gave me another number to call. I called that number and the woman seemed annoyed that I called.we agreed to meet and when I got to the location, I waited for 1 hours and no one showed up. I had told them I don't have a international phone so I can't call them. Luckily at the airport the airline I flew in from let me use their phone....
