“Host not present in arrival, needed to phone to get access to property. Room good with comfortable bed. On suite had half height shower cubicle. Shower head needed cleaning and also no waste bin in ensure. Breakfast was very good and Simon was very friendly”

“A 3-star hotel / bed-and-breakfast - very personal, friendly service. The hotel is visited daily by locals buying newspapers. All meals cooked to order, including breakfast - a nice change to the usual experience in hotels nowadays. We turned up at about 4.30pm to find opening time was 5pm - we must have missed this in the instructions. The hotel was open promptly at 5 pm however. On the Sunday the bar closed at 5pm so dinner had to be elsewhere - not a problem for us as we always tend to have...
