Not a westerners business hotel

this review is done as a business person in town for three nighs and being a westerner. There is a language problem here with little english being spoken. they dont have five restaurants as shown on the web page and no you cant count restaurants outside as yours. the gym is a joke and staff seemed to want to keep me away from it. food is all Chinese which is fine really as you are well in China, no knives and forks which could be an issue. you can't charge food and beverage back to your room so watch out for that. also you cant change foreigh currancy and they have no desire to assist in this reguard. the rooms are okay but look tired. There is another Hotel in town which they tell me is better suoted to westerners, so best not to stay here

Great Hotel.

Hotel was great. The receptionists spoke enough English for a quick check in. Rooms were clean. There were a couple restaurants to choose from for supper. The food was delivered quick and was delicious. There was a large selection at the breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel.

Never disappointed

We have been staying at the New Century in Zhuji for several years and have yet to be disappointed. Rooms are well equipped and clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable I've slept in. It'll remain my first choice when staying in Zhuji

True five star hotel

Beautiful river view club floor room. Courteous and helpful staff. The only drawback is their efficiency in English. But the excellent customer service made up for it. Scrumptious breakfast buffet. Plent of variety. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zhuji next time.
