“I ordered a non smoking room, but entering the room feel very strong smoking smell. Hotel located in an ok location ; however, because of Chinese New Year, no places to eat and go during my stay. Room is very small.”

“x el precio muy buen hotel lo recomiendo mucho , el personal a pesar que hablan poco ingles ,son muy amables y se esfuerzan x atenderte, esta limpio y las camas muy comodas, la ubicacion esta centrico, un poco lejos del centro de negocios ,pero muy barato el taxi para llegar, y un restaurant chino en la pura esquina muy bueno y baratisimo, lo unico malo del hotel es el desayuno ,o sera que somos mexicanos y no nos gusto, 100% recomendable.”

“The hotel is located on a pretty pedestrian street with a vibrant night market a short walk away. It was also about a half hour walk from West Lake and shops. Staff were helpful and English speaking and the room was comfortable. There are also 2 free computers with internet in the lobby which I found very helpful.”
