“Estuvimos con unos amigos en una epoca un poco fria, pero se hacia insoportable estar en un espacio en comun ya que no habia calefaccion y apenas nos ofrecieron un caloventor por habitacion. El restaurante estaba oscuro, falto de toda decoracion, con ventanas cerradas... y a pesar de que la atencion de los mozos y cocineros fue muy bueno ( lo mejor diria), se hacia dificil estar en ese lugar desayunando o cenando. Recibimos el 2014 en ese hotel..... y tuvimos que ponerle mucho entusiasmo.”

“Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking.
