The hostess was excellent, breakfast was superb, i am disabled and nothing was too much trouble, the room was very spacious and very clean and tidy . We would have no problem booking here again. 5stars all around.

Good clean accommodation at reasonable price and very friendly propriotress only too willing to help. Top rate breakfast all freshly cooked. Rail station and bus stop five minute walk with connections to Ryde and other places.

Hana & Steve are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble & their house is incredibly clean & well presented. Highly recommended for your stay in the Isle of Wight. My daughter & I had a few days there after the festival and I doubt if you'd be made any more welcome at any other place on the isle. Many thanks, we'll definitely see you again.

Excellent, friendly B&B

A short but excellent stay at Brooke House. Very welcoming and the focus is on the guests' comfort. The room was spacious with very good en-suite facilities. The breakfasts were great. Would definitely recommend Brooke House.

Just lovely

I had my own door at the side and the room was very comfortable. I loved the beach touches with prints on the wall and ornaments of wood. Breakfast was healthy and host Hannah was charming.

Everything was excellent.Hana and Steve were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.We were a group of 6 people,and because of covid19 the lounge had been set out as a dining room for our party,so we were social distanced from other guests.The rooms were spotless,everywhere had hand sanitizer supplied.The food was good.We had our evening meal at Brooke House every evening as with the covid19 pandemic we felt it safer to have our meals there.We were not disappointed the meals were without a doubt first class,Hana and Steve were very good with accommodating everyone of us and making sure we were all happy with the menu.Hana even went out of her way to book us in to several venues as again with covid 19 some places like the zoo and Carisbrooke Castle were bookings only,so we couldn’t book too far in front as we wanted to know what the weather was going to be like.Well done Hana and Steve at Brooke House we will return.

Het was prettig vertoeven. Zo zijn de kamers vrij geluidsdicht en erg schoon. De bediening erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was superlekker naar mijn mening. Hotel is gunstig gelegen aan een rustige weg dichtbij het station en de winkelstraten.

Perfekt läge i mysiga Shanklin. Värdinnan mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsam, vi trivdes från första stund. God frukost, framför allt havregrynsgröten och äggröran, saknade dock frukt och grönsaker som vi är vana vid här. Annars allt perfekt.

Wonderful place to stay

Brooke House was an ideal place for us to stay as it was very close to Shanklin Railway Station and on the main bus route. Our room was on the ground floor which was important for my partner and I as we have limited mobility. The room was immaculately clean and the furniture looked brand new. Hana, our host, was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
