Pleasant stay. Needs upgrading and some minor DIY. The cleaning ladies were very nice as were the ladies doing food. The staff on the front desk went above and beyond when I lost my mobile. Very helpful indeed. For me it was the pug. He joined us every morning for snuggles.

Great stay! The property featured a ton of cool amenities. Perfect for families visiting Disneyland, the wildlife park, or just looking to find a safe hotel. The restaurant on property had the best food. We were also able to see fireworks from the front of the hotel. Overall amazing experience.

We stayed here during a layover in Shanghai, it was not as convenient as I hoped as the airport transfers are only available at limited hours and the hotel was very difficult to find using a public taxi. The restaurant was also closed. The staff were helpful and friendly but did not speak English. Rooms were nice, clean and as advertised.

I had a stop over flight and stayed at this lovely hotel on Jan 1st and they were super awesome. Arranged for Airport pickup on arrival and departure and it was on time. Very beautiful room. I totally recommend this hotel for stop over flights. You will have a wonderful sleep.

Staff was courteous and helpful, family suite was excellent. If I am ever in shanghai again, I will definitely stay here. Staff used voice translators to assist us, because we are English speakers, which was very helpful. There are friendly pets on the property that your children will love, and thebplay areas are wonderful.

Great hotel if you have an early flight or visit D

Its a lovely small hotel that almost give you the vibe to be in a farm. The staff is young and super efficient! It includes a breakfast buffet with several options. The room is beautiful decorated with Disney characters. It has outdoor chairs and several playgrounds options. Also, you can schedule transportation to the airport. If I have an early flight again, I will definitely stay there.

Get in the Nature

This is amazing place to stay. We love it. The staffs are very helpful and canteen food is good value for the money. They provided local food for each meal. There is a huge size bed, so very comfortable to sleep. The garden is beautiful, it's so green. The only one things is a room size little small. There is no enough space to store suitcases. But the environment around the hotel is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Shanghai Disney! The location is perfect—just a short drive from the park, which made getting there with kids super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a fun (and tiring!) day at the park. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful environment—the hotel is right next to a peaceful river, offering a lovely view and a nice place to take a stroll. I highly recommend this hotel to any families visiting Shanghai Disney. It really made our trip even more enjoyable!

From the beginning the staff was very helpful, they explained everything and helped with the bags. The room was spotless, and spacious, it was cleaned every day and we were getting bottles of water and new towels every day in the room. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from, restaurant's food was delicious, and the portions were huge.

Fantastic food, I the buffet breakfast is amazing, with good variety everyday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And the resident Pug was adorably clingy and frequently entertaining. Remote location but not so far you can’t make it into the city, very convenient for DiDi. Plus free shuttle for Disney! Very pretty hotel too, both rustic and whimsical.
