I had a stop over flight and stayed at this lovely hotel on Jan 1st and they were super awesome. Arranged for Airport pickup on arrival and departure and it was on time. Very beautiful room. I totally recommend this hotel for stop over flights. You will have a wonderful sleep.

Staff was courteous and helpful, family suite was excellent. If I am ever in shanghai again, I will definitely stay here. Staff used voice translators to assist us, because we are English speakers, which was very helpful. There are friendly pets on the property that your children will love, and thebplay areas are wonderful.

Great hotel if you have an early flight or visit D

Its a lovely small hotel that almost give you the vibe to be in a farm. The staff is young and super efficient! It includes a breakfast buffet with several options. The room is beautiful decorated with Disney characters. It has outdoor chairs and several playgrounds options. Also, you can schedule transportation to the airport. If I have an early flight again, I will definitely stay there.

Get in the Nature

This is amazing place to stay. We love it. The staffs are very helpful and canteen food is good value for the money. They provided local food for each meal. There is a huge size bed, so very comfortable to sleep. The garden is beautiful, it's so green. The only one things is a room size little small. There is no enough space to store suitcases. But the environment around the hotel is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Shanghai Disney! The location is perfect—just a short drive from the park, which made getting there with kids super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a fun (and tiring!) day at the park. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful environment—the hotel is right next to a peaceful river, offering a lovely view and a nice place to take a stroll. I highly recommend this hotel to any families visiting Shanghai Disney. It really made our trip even more enjoyable!

The staff were friendly and helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast options and you can also eat dinner there too. Nice garden to walk around. We were impressed as they offer a shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland. They also offer to take you back to Pudong airport. Highly recommend.

宿泊施設は上海ディズニーランドから来るまで15分程の場所にあります。空港からも20分位の距離だと思います。 宿泊施設にはパグとラグドールとブリティッシュショートヘアの猫ちゃん2匹、うさぎ、施設の方？が肩にインコも乗せていました！ 動物好きな我が家はとても癒されロビーに行くのが楽しみでした。ディズニーまでと空港までの送迎がありました。ディズニーからの帰りの送迎は18：00だったので間に合わないのでタクシーにしました。空港送迎も行きはどのようにして良いかわからずタクシーを使用しました。施設の方は大変親切でした。朝ごはんも毎日とても美味しかったです。 部屋のベッドもとても広くて寝心地も良かったです。のどかな場所です。ディズニーランドに行く方におすすめのホテルです。 一つだけ残念だったのは、エクスペディアの施設の説明の欄に地下鉄駅直結と記載されていましたが、まわりは何もありません。それを信じて予約してしまったので少し残念でした。

ホテル⇆空港間の無料バスは7時から2時間おきにあり、予約必須。エクスペディアでの問い合わせはかなり返信に時間がかかる。ホテル⇆ディズニー間の無料バスは朝2本夜2本で予約不要。タクシーでも10分くらいなのでアクセスは良い。 ホテルというより民間宿泊施設に近い。受付に犬と猫がいるのでアレルギー持ちは注意。 防音がないので受付の声が3階まで聞こえる。清潔さは妥協できるレベルだが、髪の毛とかは普通に落ちているので気になる方は向かない。 シャンプーリンスはあるが、ボディソープや部屋着はないので持参推奨。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で中華料理が多め。 スタッフは優しいが英語ができないため翻訳機必須。

Dans l'ensemble c'est un bel hôtel placé dans un bel endroit calme mais la navette pour l'aéroport est compliqué à avoir à l'arrivée si vous n'avez pas wechat et trop petite au départ, c'est un véhicule vétuste où il n'y a pas de place pour les bagages. Et le gros problème c'est l'insonorisation, quand les gens arrivent on entend tout et lorsqu'il y a des enfants on les entend courrir dans la chambre, hurler et autre. Par contre le personnel est très attentionné, le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon et diversifié, et il y a la navette pour Disney.

Nous n'avons pas vraiment fait le tour de la zone mais visuellement nous n'avons pas vu de commerce, l'endroit est calme, le personnel est vraiment adorable, le petit déjeuner est différent chaque jour, les repas commandés sont bons, nous avions deux bouteilles d'eau par jour, bouilloire et thé, brosse à dents, dentifrice, shampooing savon, le seul point faible : l'insonorisation est à améliorer surtout qu'il y a beaucoup de familles. Mais dans l'ensemble excellent séjour. La navette gratuite pour Disneyland et pour l'aéroport est un gros plus!
