Great holiday with the Shanghai St Regis ! Beautiful view of skyline and river walks along Bund. Enjoyed the fitness room, pool, hotels Chinese restaurant was lovely, and enjoyed evening cocktails in hotel bar/ lounge. Rooftop restaurants and cocktails in walking distance, nearby museums, temples, gardens, noodle shops. Thank you for memorable stay !

Amazing place.

Amazing place by the Bund. Great service and amazing hotel. Will stay there for sure when I come back. The only thing I can complain about is the invoice in pdf that was never sent to my email, but with this review I'm sure they will send it and it was probably just forgotten. Until next time.

It was my first visit to China. I travel a lot and trust me when I say it that THIS hotel is Excellent. From the first email I sent to the reservation and their incredibly prompt respond, to the transport arrangement from the airport organized to by the concierge to the fastest check in done by Sunny, who was the most gracious and professional ever, to then to Jason, my butler who helped me with choosing the perfect room with the view! Fernando at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and I was nicely surprise by the cards of appreciation they left in my room. The rooms was very clean, food was amazing, both at the breakfast and at the "Spago" restaurant. Spa is beautiful and the location is fantastic.St. Regis on The Bund is Absolutely Stunning, the Art Deco design is breathtaking and the level of kindness and professionalism that I've experienced from every employee I cam across was Top Notch. Congratulations St. Regis. If I ever go back to Shanghai I will make sure to stay there again. Ania K
