We had a very pleasant stay at the Swissôtel Grand Shanghai. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service was professional, and the facilities were excellent. A great choice for exploring Shanghai, and we would happily stay here again.
