I booked this hotel with some concerns at the first beginning since it’s located in Shanghai Stadium. I was not sure if it’s convenient to get in and out. But after I checked in with my daughter, we were so impressed by this hotel. All the staff members are very nice and polite. The breakfast buffet is so delicious with both western and Chinese styles. The room is very spacious and we even got free upgrade with bathtub. The swimming pool is amazing with two safeguards all the time. My daughter is so happy to play here. All my friends visiting me during my stay here said this is great hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again in my future visiting Shanghai.

這是我第二次入住上海奧林匹克俱樂部麗笙酒店。對我而言，地理位置距離我要去的地方很方便，地鐵站很近，酒店全部的服務人員的態度都很好，也很主動熱情的幫我拿行李，叫車，指點方向等等。酒店房間很乾淨，沒有煙味。我這次沒時間使用室內游泳池跟健身房，有些遺憾。上一次對游泳池很滿意，特別是透明泳池的玻璃牆面，很有趣！早餐部分，可頌很好吃，其他餐點對不需要吃很多的我來說，一切都剛剛好，有一定的品質。下次再來，還是會考慮入住這家酒店。

酒店重新裝修過，非常新跟乾淨。酒店離地鐵很近，且有很頻繁的接駁車，接客人去3號體育館出口，走去地鐵體育館站二號出口很方便。酒店透明游泳池很加分。附近吃的餐廳選擇也很多。下次再來徐家匯，還會是我的首選酒店。

整體體驗令人失望

在交通方面，酒店接駁車只在晚上10點前提供服務，其他時間需要步行抵達酒店。然而，晚上周圍環境昏暗，路面缺乏足夠的指示牌，使得計程車的定位變得困難。在下雨天，容易踩進積水中。 抵達的第一天當晚，手持沉重的行李箱步行至酒店相當不便，計程車繞了很多個圈，也找不到入口，入住時發現洗手盆附近有前一位房客使用過的假睫毛，極不衛生，但因時間已晚，決定自行處理。第二天下大雨，晚間從地鐵站步行至酒店，由於指示牌不清晰，誤走了很長一段路，全身濕透。原定計畫於第三天使用酒店的健身室和游泳池，發現仍在維修當中。第四天升級至套房，但水流出呈現黃色，床褥帶有沙沙感，廁所近淋浴間發現前住客的髮夾在地上。臨近睡覺時間的第五天，發現飛蟻在床邊出現，告知房務人員後，對方表示由於房間長期開啟，飛蟻由門口進入。這樣的解釋令人擔憂，為何酒店會經常開啟房門，使得飛蟻進入，亦擔心酒店有沒有辦法保障客戶的行李安全。第六天大約早上九點，酒店房間的警報突然響起，驚醒在睡夢中的客人，導致無法獲得充分休息。酒店應定期檢查房間警報系統。服務尚可，但整體體驗令人失望。
