サービスが悪い

部屋の写真と案内された写真に違いが大きすぎる。部屋の変更を頼んでも、狭かったり日当たりが悪かったり、ＴＶの故障している部屋をあてがう。ネットで予約した割引の部屋だからかわからないが、値引きの代わりに悪い部屋をあてがうのであればその旨を書くべき。非常に不満足な滞在で二度と行かない。

客室や設備は◎です。TVはNHKが映るので、ある程度の日本の情報は問題なく確認できます。部屋にはPCがついていましたが、使っていないためInternet状況はわかりません。スタッフは、流暢ではありませんが英語が通じます。近くにはショッピングモールもあるので、食品や衣料品も購入できます。また、5分くらい歩けばコンビニも駅もありました。

1 breakfast for 2 persons and hairs in the room

I booked a double room and in my booking it was written breakfast included. So I was expecting to have breakfast for 2 persons, but the hotel told me the breakfast was only for 1 person. Furthermore I found many human hairs on the armchair in my room. I called te reception and they sent me the cleaning lady, who simply removed the hair with her hands!
