I would have given the hotel a 5 stars if it had better night staff and room service (none). Day time staff were great (e.g. Ms Dai at front desk) and night time staff was horrible (a Ms. Wang). Good hardware for the hotel but its software could be improved upon.

Super clean and tidy hotel... had to stay in Shanghai for two weeks and chose this hotel for its reasonable prices, and the room was just perfect for me.
