Good stay but likely will not return

Staff was incredibly kind. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel had limited room service (and limited western food options). Room temperature could not get lower than 75F, which was uncomfortably warm. Hotel needs to update some of the decor but overall a good stay. Will likely try another hotel for future trips, hoping for better food and room temperature regulation.

When I travel to Shanghai which is quite often, I always choose the Le Meridien Minhang Shanghai. I have been staying at Bonvoy properties for years over 19 years and lifetime elite. The quality of service, value and convenience can't be beat in Shanghai. Grace Song of the executive staff makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will give all my hotel business in Shanghai to the Le Meridien, the Sabartia Spanish restaurant and Spa are all excellent.
