Our stay was great overall. Very stylish and clean hotel/ rooms, amazing breakfast with great variety ranging from standard options to local cuisine. The shower pressure in the room was a bit low and didn't improve much even when we reported and had it looked at. Customer service managers were kind and helpful.

I had stayed in this hotel several times over the past 6 years. They have a very friendly staff. I.e. Lily Meng at the lounge, as well as front desk staff. I also noticed some service improvement recently for the dining hall. It is worth to have a stay.

Nice hotel with great beds and amazing breakfast!

The hotel is old but relatively well maintained. The beds are really good and the breakfast is amazing! Don’t expect much from the swimming pool tho. Stayed with my family including two kids of 2&4, it was really nice especially the location giving you fast access to Lujiazui and the bund with a taxi as well as some malls on walking distance. People with small kids - please take a 5min taxi from the hotel to the LCM mall, there’s a peppa pig world on the top floor.

We had two weeks stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it very much, from the location with amenities around it to the buffet with great selections and perfectly brewed coffee. The staffs are well trained and courteous, the room spacious and clean. The only downside is the internet access. As business owner, it's hard not able to manage daily operations remotely.

The property has some age, and things like the elevator buttons should be updated. But overall, the facility and rooms are nice and the staff was very helpful. At first, we had an issue with the internet being too slow for VPN/video calls, but when we told the staff, a technician did something to increase the speed and fixed the problem.
