Quiet and comfortable

A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. There was a young man in the concierge who was very helpful. The locatuon is ok. It is quiet but there is nothing right outside. However, it is still convenient to get to place in the vicinity.

great place to stay, quite and safe. We love the breakfast buffet. The only one thing is cannot adjust the air conditional, it controlled by central set as 28C which is hot in the room.

El aire acondicionado no funciona bien, no enfría como debería y en época de calor no es suficiente (mi familia y yo fuimos en julio) El desayuno muy bueno y completo. El hotel esta muy cerca del outlet Barilian, pero está muy lejos del centro de Shanghai, en Taxi alredor de una hora con un costo promedio de 100 Yuanes, en Metro está alrededor de una hora y media. La estación mas cercana del metro está a unos 2km.

Worst service. The manager Jason is a very good guy and helpful but the entire team sucks. They do not have a bell cart and no one is helpful. None of them can say hello in English. They have attitude issues too

I would specifically like to mention RONALD on the front desk .... I arrived late post midnight coz of my flight delay .... Ronald helped me check in like he would do for any other guy .... however , since the kitchen was closed and I was famished , he ordered food for me from outside ....
