Easy to walk to Bund. Great views of Bund at night. Can walk to Bund/ Nanging Rd in 10-5 min. If you want a Pearl view ask them for this in the other wing. We enjoyed the Club dining morning and evening drinks. Very personal. More quiet than the very busy large buffet.

Hotel in a great location and views from room were tremendous - had a small issue whereby we had a power cut (isolated to the room we were in) whereby the team at the hotel fixed as soon as we reported this then had on the following day the fridge break down (assume it was linked to the room tripping out) which again the team fixed after we reported this - great hotel , team were excellent (I suppose the fact the power tripped was not in the hotel control however it happened and did affect one of our days due to none of our equipment charging overnight for the day we had planned. Just to confirm though we would definitely stay at this hotel again if and when we revisit Shanghai

This property is not really centrally located. We need to walk about 15 minutes 20 minutes to a market. Luckily, the streets, although very dark but safe in Shanghai. Taxi is cheap in Shanghai.

We boles this property to relax in the steam, sauna and jacuzzi after long days off sightseeing. We were disappointes when we went to use them and all 3 were out of order. Room was clean and tidy. I stayed on the 30th floor facing the river and the view as spectacular facing the river bend. It is a beautiful property and well maintained with great service. Staff is polite and attentive. I also received the club level services where i receive complementary breakfast, afternoon snake and lite fare for dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable 6 -day stay.
