I recently had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao. The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast offers great choices. Special thanks to Spawn Li, whose service was truly outstanding. From check-in to every request, Spawn was warm, professional, and attentive. Spawn even wrote taxi directions in Chinese for me, which was incredibly helpful. This genuine care made my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you, Spawn Li, for your excellent hospitality and kindness! The gym and pool are also nice. I look forward to my next stay.

It is extremely warm welcomed stay! Tina helped us a lot and help upgrading to a suite without asking! This is not a normal holiday inn you will get anywhere else in the world.
