Everything was good… but the room was a bit smelly… it was perfectly fine after a few minutes with the door and window open. The location was great for us, and the shuttle was perfect. We used it to get to the maglev train, then again the next day to go to the airport. Overall a great stay with the short-lived smell being the only thing that prevented a 5-star review across the board.

Close to the Pudong international airport with convenient hotel shuttle service to the airport. Friendly staff who was quite honest about the potential environmental noise (from airplanes and close by subway. But I didn’t sense the noise at all during my stay).

The hotel is perfectly adequate and the staff are very friendly. The only thing that lets the hotel down for me, is there is nothing to eat for dinner. Breakfast ok, but nothing for dinner, even some snacks would help a tired traveler.

The staff here was very polite and professional. It was close to the airport. My only issue was with the shuttle service information when I just landed. Not enough information on where to meet the shuttle and shuttle timings. I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
