The room was spacious enough for two people and luggage. The bathroom was well laid out with sink outside the shower and toilet. Water pressure was great. The breakfast area was spacious and offering a variety of different breakfast options from Western to Asian. Free access to 3 washers and dryers was a plus. The staff was very friendly and in addition to the day to day service went the extra mile by offering breakfast a little before breakfast officially open for our early days out.

Clean room, prime location and friendly staff. The sewage in our washroom is not running too well and the toilet got stuck once. But it was handled promptly. Overall, 5 star and will stay there again next time

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. I would like to highlight the staff who really were wonderful. Just very accommodating to a couple of requests we had. The buffet breakfast looked nice although I didn't partake (outside some wontons which were delicious). My only issue was we had to move rooms after 2 nights as ours was quite noisy. It wasn't street noise or other room noise. We feel above may have been below a cleaning/service space as there was just a lot of clattering and plumbing sounds after 7am. But after moving to a quiet room it was fine. So just avoid room 3305 (3rd level). The location was great tucked away but still close to a lot of restaurants and attractions near Jingan Temple. Would recommend this place.
