Good affordable basic accommodations. Great for sleeping off a long flight from the US, as it is easy to walk through the airport to get there. Rooms are very small but surprisingly quiet considering all the air traffic right outside. Breakfast is limited, but good. Love the wild mixed decor in the lobby and restaurant.

This hotel is located inside Pudong Airport, making it very convenient for travelers to access any terminal. The hotel staff were very warm and attentive. Normal check-out time is 12:00 PM, but because my flight was at 8:55 PM, they let me stay until 2:00 PM for free. Since I needed to stay in the room longer, they only charged me for three hours, allowing me to stay until 6:00 PM. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were available promptly. However, because the hotel is inside the airport, it's quite noisy, and the soundproofing isn't very good. I could hear planes taking off and landing, and I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor.
The hotel is right next to a subway station, and there are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The room window faces Terminal 2.
The rooms are clean and comfortable

The hotel delivered exactly what it promised: convenience, and efficiency. Only a few short steps between T1 and T2. Clean room, nice shower, good water pressure, quick check in/out. All at a reasonable cost. I stayed n the North Wing. Recommend.

This is the best option to stay overnight, 5 minutes walking from Terminal 1, just follow the Metro and Maglev signs. A few restaurants nearby.

This is an excellent hotel for a night at the airport. Fairly priced, and unlike other reviews here, I found the rooms to be modern, clean and comfortable. No other services available, just what it is: a convenient hotel for the airport to sleep and fly in the morning. The staff is particularly transactional "passport, take keys, goodbye" so don't expect them to be specially helpful. Still I recommend, location is unbeatable.

Strategic position hotel but average service

Good point: very strategic position in the middle of the airport, best solutions for taking a flight after a rest. Rooms are quite good. Bad points: No any relevant services: gym is open only from 9am, the floor of the room was dirty.

This is a brilliant find so close to the airport. No need to find the hotel shuttle bus or the expense of a taxi. Second floor near the Maglev station! Staff we very kind and efficient when we arrived at 7am Comfortable bed and lovely fresh linen. Toiletries very good. Will stay again when here!
