Very new and it shows.

This hotel has not been open very long - hence the reason why there are no reviews so far. It is a very large hotel offering everything a modern hotel should. The decor is very striking and modern, the facilities all state of the art. But, as you might expect there are some teething problems. The staff are all eager to please having been well trained no doubt but the standard of spoken English is not that good as yet. The rooms I had was enormous with a bathroom which could be seen or hidden as preferred, a wet room and good wardrobe space The TV was not fully functional in that it had no international channels The WiFi is strong and efficient I sampled the buffet dinner in the on site cafe which was very good value for money (drinks included) and the range of dishes was good. However, there was not adequate labeling so you weren't sure what was what. And the dishes were sometimes left out a little too long so started to be past their best. The Breakfast Buffet offered an extensive choice all presented in good order. The problem is that the hotel appears to be in the middle of nowhere with nothing in the way of restaurants and bars nearby. In addition, taxis have difficulty finding it so you may have to wait a while. It has all the indications of being a top rate luxury hotel ...eventually.

The location is 2 kilometers from Pujiang Towm Station of line 8. Hotel room is clean and the staff are kind and helpful.

This was a very nice hotel, and you can’t beat the price. The whole facility was clean and enjoyable, and the staff was great. While the hotel claims to have AC, it is central and turned off in December. When we arrived, our rooms were set at 26C. That’s WAY too warm for just sitting still, let alone sleeping! There was a tiny window to open that managed to cool the room by a couple degrees by the next morning, but it was still very warm. The location is probably great for conferences or work meetings, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it for tourists wanting to see the real Shanghai. It’s at least 30 minutes to the metro if you walk, and at least another 30 before you’re close enough to the tourist attractions to get off the metro. We came here at the end of our trip for some quiet and luxury, and we were glad we didn’t choose it for our whole stay in Shanghai simply because of the location. The hotel was amazing, though. We ate at two of the hotel restaurants (both delicious), and the entire hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere. As long as you’re not looking for something in the city center or walking distance to the metro, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Short and sweet

A short but very comfortable stay for work. The only issue I had was with breakfast as it was included on the hotels.com booking but the hotel said it wasn't. I am not sure with whom the problem lay. They allowed me some breakfast! Overall a very nice hotel.

The AC didn’t work properly so I had to turn it down to 17 celsius but the room wasn’t still cool enough and extremely humid. The front desk staffs were ok, though there was only 1 staff covering 10 other customers during check-in. Yet some other staffs at the desk weren’t doing anything so I wonder how they leverage their staffs.

This is the best Crowne Plaza I ever stayed. The staffs are very helpful and do the wonderful job to make our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Since I am platium IHG member so I got upgraded to a better room and also provided fruits and drinks to us. I definitely will stay here again.

旅馆的设施，清洁，客服人员的礼貌和态度都非常好，价格也不错，地点有点偏，到最近的地铁站如果不是打的，走路或坐公交都要30分钟左右，最大的缺点是早歺非常贵，98元套餐或138元自助餐。由于地点较偏，在店內用早餐几乎是唯一的选择，所以早餐的价格隐性地提高了住店的实际价格
