Everything was perfect. I had two kids traveling with me. The staff were very helpful and friendly, cleaning the room, providing hot water for baby milk preparation, helping us loading and unloading the luggage’s. I enjoyed their breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to the subway and many top tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a hotel just good for short stay if one does not have need for quality dining. The breakfast offers a good variety but nothing particularly tempting.

We have been staying in this hotel for couple of times now. We like the friendly staff and breakfast buffet. They are removating this hotel stay rooms. The room is clean and the inside is new. This is very close to American IHG hotel standard. The only place I would like to ask that this hotel has access to American sites like Google or YouTube. It is very difficult for us to use the internet without Google access.

Convenient Location

The hotel is in a convenient location and about 10 minutes easy walk to a subway station. The lounge on the main floor was excellent. The business lounge was nice to but lacked atmosphere. Background music would have been nice.

Good location. Hotel so so. Facilities poor. Bar closed early evening. Club room empty apart from a cool cabinet with 6 Cokes, 6 Sprites an a couple of bottles of beer. Breakfast and main restaurant a buffet which was a bun fight if you didn’t get there early they had run out of items. Staff pushing trolled around cleaning tables I have been in better canteens
