Decent hotel and a good price.

I stayed at 24K for business as a cheaper alternative than the event venue. It was a convenient walk, a safe neighborhood, and near everything I needed. The hotel seemed to be in the middle of a much-needed renovation but this was clearly communicated at the front desk upon check-in and did not affect my stay.

인민광장과 가까움

2년 전에도 묵었었고 이번에 다시 상해여행을 하게 되면서 또 묵었습니다. 가격이 저렴하니 큰 기대를 하면 안 되고 생각보다 상태가 좋은 편입니다. 조금 걷긴 해야 하지만 인민광장역과 난징시루역을 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 내 침구류나 화장실은 깨끗한 편이나 물 끓이는 포트 안이 더러워(바닥에 찌꺼기 같은 것들이 녹슨 것과 비슷한 모양새로 붙어 있었음) 카운터에 바꿔달라고 했으나 청소직원과 무전을 하고는 남는 것이 없다며 바꿔주지 않았습니다. 딱 가격값하는 호텔인 것 같습니다. 잠만 자기에는 충분합니다.

Bra för en snabb stopover.

Helt ok om du skall stanna en eller två nätter i Shanghai. Längre än så blir det nog rätt obekvämt. Närområdet är rätt så lungt och trevligt.Dock inte så mycket att göra under kvällen kanske.

最後の上海。

地下鉄の南京西路駅からこのホテルを徒歩で探しましたが、なかなか見つけられずホテルに着くのに１時間以上要しました。近くの各駅にホテルの案内があればいいのに、と思いました。

냉장고가 없어서 놀랬지만 4성급도 중국에는 없다길래 ㅎㅎ 가성비 좋았어요!!! 위치가 좋은데 ㅎ 다 1키로이상은 걸어야해요ㅋㅋ

very good 매우 만족 - 직원이 영어를 조금 함 - 후기가 안좋아서 걱정했지만 굳굳

후기가 안좋은게 좀 있어서 걱정했지만 정말 좋은 호텔. 위치 매우 좋음. 후기 보고 호텔을 구글로 검색해서 찾아가서 한번에 찾아감. 인민광장역이랑 10분거리 - 11번출구(2호선)이랑 가까움. 짱짱맨!! 화장실은 진짜 브랜드호텔급! 화장실이랑 거실같은 신발두는 곳을 사이에 두고 침대가 있음. 생각보다 넓ㅅ음 창문이 없어도 아무 문제없었음. 위치가 가까워서 상해 관광지 - 와이탄, 난징동루, 신천지, 예원, 마시청 서커스, 대세계역(주가각가는곳) 다 매우 가까웠음. 호선이 3개나있어서 거의 안갈아타고 감! 호텔에서 나와서 왼쪽으로가면 초록색간판 식당에서 국수 980원주고 매일 먹음 ㅋㅋ 난징동루보다 가격이 훨씬 싸고 맛있음. 편의점이 새벽에도 여는 걸 보아 24시간인듯. 아무튼 정말 만족스러움. 일본여행보다 좋았음.

Just for one night

I stayed at 24K because I had one day left to sightsee Nanjing Road before I head to the airport. The entrance, lobby and the room conditions are not good but I was able to endure for one night. With low expectation, it's an okay place to stay.

가격 대비 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 직원도 친절하고 깨끗하고 방도 넓었습니다. 주변에 편의점도 많았구요. 아쉬웠던 점은 와이파이가 느려서 동영상은 거의 보기 어려웠구요. 뉴스 기사 하나 띄우는데도 시간이 좀 걸렸어요. 그것 빼고는 대체적으로 좋았습니다.

O hotel não tem a aparência boa, mas o quarto é reformado e bonito. Cama boa, banheiro bom com um ótimo chuveiro. A localização não é boa, fica a uns 15 a pé do metrô.

묵었던방은 창문없는방임 답답했음... 주소지는 블로그 후기보고 찾아갔음 저기있는 주소지는 아님 아니면 중국어로 되어있는 주소 저장해서 택시아저씨 보여주면됨 왠만한 관광지는 택시타고 기본요금. 인민광장역이랑 가까움 직원들 친절함 보증금200위안. 놀다가 숙소와서 쉬다 다시나가곤 했음. 가격대비 괜찮아요. 냉장고, 전자렌지 생수 이런건 없음. 방깔끔하고 청소해주고, 욕실도 깨끗했음

Unser Zimmer war total verschimmelt. Ein Ersatzzimmer war erst einen Tag später verfügbar. Zwar kein sichtbarer Schimmel dort, aber dennoch muffiger Geruch. Da hilft auch die relativ zentrale Lage nicht weiter. Dies ist kein günstiges Hotel, sondern die billigste Absteige. Ich habe für weniger als die Hälfte des Preises schon um Welten besser gewohnt. Unbedingt meiden!

只有最貴房型才有窗戶

訂房網站確標示不清，商務房居然是沒窗戶，一般都是標準房或特價房才沒有窗戶，商務房沒窗戶居然也不標明，網站跟這家旅店都有責任要把住房標示清楚。

ホテルそのものは決して新しくはありませんが、価格は安く、ひとおおりのベットメーキングはされています。但し、通信環境（Ｗｉ-Ｆｉ）については度々接続できずあまり良くないようです。

Not a bad idea for cheap and clean room

Not a bad location. Close the people's park and 5 minutes walk from subway station. It is an old building indeed but they renovated the interior so the rooms are actually very clean and good and string wifi in the rooms and free of charge. I might have be the first guest to the room after the renovation and I stayed in Feb 2015.

안녕하세요. 한국사람이구요 ㅋㅋ 20대 건장한 남자입니다. 홍콩여행중 상해 경유시간이 길어져서 예약해둔 호텔입니다. 저렴한가격에 친절한 서비스는 덤이구요. 다만 침실 구석구석 먼지?!가 잇더라구요... ;; 호텔이 엄청넓어서 로비에서 방까지 찾아가기 힘든것 말고는 좋았습니다. 위치는 인민광장에서 도보 10분정도 였던거 같네요. 주의할점은요 !! 같은이름의 호텔이 도보20분정도 거리에 있다는것입니다!! 저도 첨엔 다른곳에 갔다가 다시 왓던길을 돌아갔네요 ㅜㅜ ㅋ 무튼 여성분들 걱정마시고 숙박하셔도 될듯합니다. 그럼 즐거운 여행되세요 ㅋ

Nice place in the heart of the city

The hotel was overall worth for money. We stayed in Delux double room it was spacious, clean and nice. The room had window but it faced the back lane having another building's backside. The washroom condition was also good it was clean and had no bugs at all. There was no smell in the room or in the washroom. The hotel service was OK we checked in at 11 PM but faced no problem the staff was available to attend us. The cleaner cleaned the room daily at around 10 30 AM. Towels were changed daily and toiletries were also provided. TV, Kettle and hair dryer was provided in room. Though TV had no international channel except one English channel. There is a muslim food shop across the road, nearby the hotel. Apart of that you can find Mc. Donald and Starbucks etc nearby. The hotel is reachable from People's square subway station, its better to exit at EXIT 11. Else to that Nanjing Pedestrian street close to The Bund is almost 20-25 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Shanghai Museum is also close to the hotel almost 15 minutes walking distance. You can find Family Marts, Everyday shop and a good bakery close to the hotel.

Wrong location on google map! Nosiy at midnight

The location indicated on the google map has been wrong. Pls follow the written address (Weihai road) instead. 15-20 minutes work from the Metro. Pls remember to prepare 100 Reminbin (cash) for the deposit when check-in (I think we should have been informed of this in advance) The hotel was under renovation while I was there. I think it'd be better if travellers had been informed of the noise given by the construction work in advance of their bookings. Quite noisy at night (ard 1:00am). I could hear people chatting loudly in the corridor and could smell their strong smoking fumes when I was in my room... If you are a non-smoker or if you are not accustomed to second-hand smoking, you might like to choose somewhere else.
