“This place has so much potential.. it needs a complete refurb.. Lacks personality and charm.. in fact it has none. The lighting alone makes you feel you are in a hospital waiting room.
The bar staff were lovely but the receptionists are not the best not welcoming at all.”

“The staff were all wonderful and helpful . It was 36c+ . The building is an old historic property with newly refurbished bedrooms . A fan was in the room to help with the heat . Small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom. My room faced the front and with the heat I needed my window open . The property is by the traffic lights so if you are traffic averse , ask for a rear room . Breakfast is continental but you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast, but not on Sundays . Room for 3 cars to park...
