Very kind, good price and amazing willingness.

The rooftop is nice. Kind of weird vibe at night and the staff was overall very friendly and helpful. However, the property was moderately clean at best and not worth the premium price paid.

A lot of junk fees parking horrible so valet 89 dollars a night hotel was clean but the area was not good for downtown homeless people everywhere restaurants close at 9 pm on weekends and traffic so bad u have to uber everywhere and valet I booked this room for 2 days for a concert wanted the best but was not the best location for 750 for 2 nights everywhere we went we had to uber their and back

Room was very clean & neat. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve been.

My room was infested with bugs and I was booked in a handicap accessible room that the front desk refused to switch.
