This hotel is right on the harbor. Super convenient if you have a boat tour booked! The room was nice, clean and spacious. There is a yummy coffee bar downstairs. The staff were very friendly. I would stay here again!

The front desk and housekeeper manager were great. I arrived extra early and they got me in to a room almost immediately. I appreciate that since we were traveling non stop for nearly two days without any rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel with out considering any other place. The location is very good. The room is ok, clean, and of a decent size. The staff is good and helpful. This is a small town, and most of the hotels are on the older side. The floors are squeaky, so anytime the upstairs folks walk, we hear their footsteps.

Hotel was a perfect place to base-camp for our week in Seward. Hotel was clean and well kept, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The hotel does not have the usual amenities such as breakfast, pool or gym, which was a downside. They do have an amazing restaurant next door, but theres no free breakfast items as with most hotels. They also offer a gym voucher for a gym in town, but not having a gym on site was a bummer. Even with that in mind, we would 100% stay again when we return and would highly recommend!

The hotel is older but very clean. We enjoyed the nice lobby. The staff was excellent. They locked up our luggage until check in and then for check out. It’s in a great location for the cruise ship and train. We walked from the cruise ship. We took the shuttle to the train only because we were sitting in the lobby when the driver came to pick others up. Breakfast wasn’t included but there are several restaurants close by. The bed was very small (1 double bed) but we still got a good nights sleep after a cruise.

The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty clean but the room is smaller than the pics make it appear. They 1 bed is right at the window to the walkway, there's no air, and flights of stairs to climb. I also didn't realize the rooms opened to the outside.
