The hotel was located in a great place and was very clean. This hotel was chosen because it had a gym. The treadmill was out of service and when asked when it would be repaired the hotel staff didn't seem like they were interested in having it fixed and did not express to client any urgency to fix it. This was disappointing. The front desk staff didn't seem as friendly as other staff's in other hotels we have stayed at in Sevilla. The housekeeping staff were very friendly though.

The staff is kind and friendly, the hotel is brand new, in very good condition at its price point. I had several packages arriving earlier than my check-in and they helped me with all. The hotel was lovely, very clean and well presented. The hotel is only about 20 mins walk from the Cathedral and 5 mins to the shopping centre which has some good restaurants. The staff were helpful and polite. The bedroom was spotless with a huge bed, mini bar, room temperature control. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and eggs cooked to order, best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. My favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop bar. A great view across Seville at night. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Exceptional stay! Staff are amazing and facilities are super clean, modern, well maintained for a ver comfortable stay in Seville. The hotel was in a prime location. The bar on the 5th level offered some of the best sights both day and night and the cost of beer was reasonable. The pool was a perfect size to just sit and relax from the hot sun I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville and I will most certainly plan a visit back myself again.
