This central location was prime. What a beautiful stay. Everything we needed; and the beds/bedding were very comfortable. The only thing I would have appreciated is a fan in the washroom.

Absolutely loved our stay! My family of 4 had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, with a ton of space. The view of the cathedral is absolutely insane - make sure to check out the rooftop at night for an extra special view. The communication for check in and checkout was perfect. We would definitely return.

My family and I had a great stay here. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a city break. Nice and quiet when you are in your apartment though. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants made life easy. Communication was also spot on. I would definitely recommend.

The location is amazing, directly across the street from the Cathedral. Communication regarding checkin and accessing the property was great. The suite itself was also wonderful, like a stylish home away from home with easy access to everything.

We stayed here for two nights the suite was clean, spacious and had everything that you needed in the kitchen. The rooms were spacious. And the terrace view amazing. The apartment is situated right in front of the cathedral. The communication with the customer rep was excellent.

Excellent communication throughout the booking. Easy to get to by taxi from the airport. The accommodation was beautiful with amazing views of the cathedral. As far as I can see, all the apartments have a perfect view. A great place for taking in the sites and sounds of the street below and good people (and parrot) watching. The interior felt luxurious with some special touches. The roof top was stunning. Highly recommended and we’re looking to book again soon.

Property was managed very well, with great amenities and efficient use of space. Excellent location with the best view of the cathedral. The only problem we had was with one of the showers getting clogged, which we were told would be taken care of during cleaning, but was a recurring issue.

We loved that we were so close to everything we wanted to see in The center of the city. The rooftop views were an extra special treat. Acclimations were comfortable and clean. Check in was excellent and we were even allowed to drop off our bags early. The street was busy with lots of restaurants and shops but the rooms were quiet at night. We had no trouble sleeping. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room itself was great. You need to be aware that there are multiple properties with the same name, and two of them are right across the street from the cathedral. I chose the first Puerta Catedral that showed up on Google Maps which turned out to be the wrong one. I called the number (there is nobody there to help you after 5:30PM) and the person was not helpful. If she had just said, "We have two properties within 150M of each other, it's possible you are at the wrong location" we could have solved the issue in seconds. Instead there was about 5 minutes of her asking irrelevant questions. Good hotel, bad customer service. Definitely verify which location you are booked into. Also, parking is public parking far from the hotel.

Right across from Sevilla Cathedral with nice view. Perfect location to stay in old town with so many restaurants and stores nearby. We stayed at 2 bdrm 2 bath superior suite for our family of 4. The unit is spacious and clean.
