The room was spacious , bathroom quite big, terrace outside room , lovely to be able to sit outside for a cuppa in the morning or afternoon or a glass of wine in the evening. Best thing was the rooftop pool nicely done great area to relax in . Breakfast was good except it was the same everyday , would have preferred a buffet . Staff were very friendly & helpful at all times and the room was cleaned every day !

The pool was lovely, staff friendly and great location. Our room was not up to standards, bugs in the room every night! Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, it needs some tlc. It’s a shame as it could be a nice hotel if the rooms were nicer. Thankfully we weren’t in it too often.

A great stay with a modern design

A really comfortable stay in a great location, within walking distance of all the tourist sights, history and architecture. The hotel is modern, with great amenities and really good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. All the hotel staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They also provided some helpful tips on great restaurants and were flexible on check-out.

I went with my girlfriend and stayed at One Shot Palacio for 3 nights. Our room was always clean, staff was very nice and welcoming, location is great (only about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral). The area around the hotel is great, I found it to be safe and with plenty of dining options/bars.

Lovely modern hotel with chic décor and friendly staff. Area is very calm and quiet but just a short walk to bars/restaurants. Room was lovely and shower absolutely amazing. Nice little pool area on the roof to get a tan.
