The elevator was not working which made it difficult to get to our unit as we are an elderly couple. Also the unit is not accessible by vehicle, so you need to walk from where the taxi can drop you off. Unit was nice although dark, it was clean, bed was comfortable. Location was great and central to most things.

Positives : Great location, apartment matched the pictures and was clean. There was luggage storage. Negatives : Communication is via whatsapp chat with a Bot who responds with generic messages and have to ask to connect to a human agent every time after which the response rate is 20-30 minutes. Lift is not working, we weren't informed about this and we had to take our luggage up 3 floors which in 39 degrees is extremely hard. The apartment doesn't have any windows so there's no natural light (ok for 1-2 days but not for longers stays).

GREAT location in the middle of the history district, lot of things to do at walking distance. No parking spot close by tho so if you have a car, you might want to consider an hotel where there is parking. Ideal for back packers.

Perfect location! Right by the cathedral. One thing I didn’t know to do was who to contact about the non functioning bedside lamps. Also, I wish there was a mop. 😊 But I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped & clean, & the huge bed was very comfortable. There was always hot water for showers. The complimentary goodies were a nice surprise (we enjoyed the beer). It was ideally situated in walking distance for all the sites & there were great bars & eateries close by. It’s in a central location. No reception all check in/out comms done electronically which is fine. The bed was comfy and shower worked well. We were allocated a basement apartment and it was really disappointing. These no light at all enters the apartment and it wasn’t very clean. The whole place felt damp and smelled of sewage. Few flies here and there. It looked tired and could do with a lick of paint. The only window there was looks to the courtyard and very little airing can happen. Overall very disappointed as the general feel of Numa comes across very boutique and this was anything but.

This property was literally next to Seville Cathedral and Alcazar walkable distance to many tourist attractions. As we communicated that we are arriving late, they prepared the sofa bed ready to sleep.They stocked the fridge with water and some beer, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, highly recommended this place for someone that would like to stay closer to tourist attractions.

Great property within walking distance of everything. We were missing a corkscrew which was quickly replaced the next day. Plenty of space, although slightly dark during the winter months. Would absolutely stay here again, location would perfect. We didn’t make use of the roof terrace but nice place to escape to.

We loved this apartment. Great location, comfortable bed, super quiet, laudry was great and a coffee maker and pods!!! There was a sewer smell for part of the first day but it was gone and didn't return. Very responsive using Whatsapp.

Fantastic location, clean, great amenities. Very comfortable. The communication via WhatsApp was great. We were alerted we could check in early which was welcomed. Only minor point was it was very noisy on a Saturday night due to the narrow paths creating an echo. The other evenings were much better. Just one of those things, which everything else made up for. Would happily return!
