Incómodo

Los colchones son muy blandos, incómodos y sin protector. Las sabanas no son para la medida del colchón, entonces termina sin sabana a media noche, o sea durmiendo sobre el colchón. Eso lo deben mejorar.

Aucune fenêtre digne de ce nom dans la chambre... 45 mn pour obtenir la chambre par tél réservée longtemps auparavant... Pas de réception, nous avons été très déçus...

Muy limpio y en el centro de la ciudad. No hay asensor, no fué una problema porque no teníamos mucho equipaje. Había un lugar con nevera y microondas por si lo necesitan. La habitación era un poco pequeña pero muy bonita y con aire acondiconado.

Me enviaron un correo, dos días antes de la estancia, indicándome una clave y una habitación. Cuando llegue y abrí la puerta y la habitación estaba ocupada. Llamé al teléfono de contacto que viene en recepción y no me atendió nadie. Tras acceder a mi correo electrónico pude ver que esa misma tarde, la del día de checkin me habían enviado otro correo a las 18:30 con otra habitación y otra clave para acceder. Un desastre. Esto no debe ocurrir, transmite poca confianza.
