The room was ok. Beds were uncomfortable. Was in a good location. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Decorated cute. Due to a religious holiday rooms were double priced and not nearly as nice as the other hotels on our stay that were half the price.

Very nice hotel. Not a good idea to have a car if you plan to stay in Seville. Parking is complicated especially I you have a larger car. Streets are very narrow.. we had to take an elevator to the parking with the car. Seville is mostly walkable in this area. Overall great hotel . Very modern .

Perfect service at the desk by Martha. Helpful to guide us to the restaurants Better pillow will improve comfort . The same for sunbeds. But all over perfect stay. The breakfast and dinner area is amazing

Fabulous hotel in lovely location. Only negative was how noisy it was in the morning as breakfast was served in central courtyard. Plates/cutlery/chattering and (worst of all) table and chair legs scraping the floor from 8am every morning.

All staff from reception to cleaning to dining staff was very helpful and polite. The lady in the dining area name Adriana is outstanding understanding very helpful can’t say enough Kudos about her. Second or equally great is the staff at the front desk. My wife and I travel a lot for years and the staff at Hotel Gil is outstanding fabulous.

The basic room was mediocre, poor maintenance. The property however was beautiful with amazing antique tile and marble. We upgraded to the 4th floor and the room was like a penthouse. Breakfast is 14pp onsite and coffee is not available for purchase until 1030am

Good hotel only issues was ants in room ,bathroom's need updating and one member of staff she come in room 207 without asking if she allowed to come inside .She brought some towels but i was in pants

A real oasis.

So driving into Seville and getting to the hotel is challenging, the streets are narrow, a lot are one way, and there was quite a lot of roadworks, but the hotel is an oasis, the pool is lovely, the staff friendly and helpful and the room large and comfortable. Air con was cold and the location really splendid. Would I stay again, absolutely I would. Seville is a beautiful place, and the hotel excellent.
