Great hotel in Old Town

Really great hotel in Central Seville Close to old town with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep Hotel was very comfortable and staff were professional and very helpful

In a great location, staff were very helpful at reception! The rooms are basic, but are clean and have everything you need. The rooms where a bit noisy at night, however this can only be expected from being a popular area.

nice employees. helped well. only the room suffered from many ants, which were removed by the cleaners after notification. air conditioning gave a lot of dirt when it was on. but nicely located in Sevilla

I loved the property itself- the staff were absolutely lovely, it was conveniently located and clean. There was air conditioning and the toilets were really good. The area around the property can get quite loud esp in a street facing room. There are some clubs and bars nearby so noisy people can be heard at night. And the windows don’t really protect from the noise. But if you’re a deep sleeper it’s not too big an issue.

Safe. Clean. Comfortable bed. Hot showers. WiFi is decent. Close to everything. Note that their Expedia listing has twin OR double beds for double room, and they only assign on arrival based on availability. This can be inconvenient. They should separate out the Expedia listing or confirm which bed the guest is getting before reservation. Also, the room had smell of cigarette smoke either from previous guests or vents.

Nice property. NO ELEVATOR

Hotel staff were ok. The biggest shock was being assigned a room on the 3rd floor without an elevator or anyone willing or able to help us with our bags.

Petit hôtel situé à 2 pas de la place Alameda avec ses cafés et restaurants, pratiques pour le petit-déjeuner. L’établissement est à 25-30 minutes de marche de la cathédrale et du château. Chambre calme, propre, avec literie confortable. Séjour qui a répondu à nos attentes.

Good stay. Free coffee, water and tea all day. Nice hot water and good pressure. Our only issue was water coming into the room from the wall which was fixed as soon as we mentioned it. Comfy bed, somewhat firm. Also provided soap, shampoo and towels. Would stay again.

I think the hotel is in a good condition. It provides the basics for a short stay like bath amenities, towels and a big closet. However, because it is located in an entertainment and bar area, it gets really noisy during the night. It lacks good noise canceling walls and windows.

Personal amable

El personal es muy amable, nos ayudó mucho. Nos habíamos quedados tirados en la calle de una reserva que teníamos en el hotel SEVILLA YOUR WAY ( por cierto no reserven nunca en ese hotel, suena a estafa, aún espero la devolución del dinero) Y los recepcionistas de Nüa Alameda no ayudaron mucho. Aparte una muy buena ubicación y habitación muy cómodas.
