Everything was great! The staff were excellent, room and facilities were great. As well as a good location. A little bit of paradise retreat close to a superb city. Only slight issue was noise - cleaners were a little noisy and with doors and walls a little thinner, you could hear noise in mornings. But nitpicking. Will definitely recommend!

We had an hugely enjoyable stay. Staff very very helpful (from taxis and spa to support in trying to use an impenetrable Real Betis ticketing website!). An exceptional range on offer at breakfast and superb spa facilities at a very reasonable cost. The only puzzling/unusual thing was that the spa opening hours were much more restricted than we expected/what is usual elsewhere. Same for the outside pool, but that is more understandable.

The rooms are gorgeous, and the staff clean it very early on in the day. Someone is always available to help. The pool set up is a bit difficult as there is only so many beds in the sun and the pool is tiny but the towels were a nice touch. Breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice and always replenished. I would say there is no coffee in the rooms and there is no real restaurant during the day. Also it’s a good 20 minute walk into Seville centre, which when it’s 40 degrees isn’t the most pleasant.

Very good hotel located in the Nerveon area, which is well connected to the centro by metro and tram L1 which are minutes away. The hotel's design is vibrant, colourful, giving a spacious feel to the main lobby and bar/restaurant area and is modern. There are gym and spa facilities at the hotel and discounts offered. The breakfast choice was vast and nourishing. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard and feel very comfortable.
