Overall, I had a positive experience at Futurotel Sevilla. The staff was friendly, attentive, and responsive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated how proactive the staff was in keeping the common areas and accommodations impeccable. A special mention goes to Karla at reception, whose positive attitude, professionalism, and proactive approach to addressing questions and requests truly stood out. She was welcoming, approachable, and genuinely helpful. The location is another major advantage. It’s conveniently situated for exploring Sevilla without being right in the middle of the busiest tourist areas. My one concern is the design of the capsules. They are not particularly soundproof, and the structure could benefit from being sturdier. When occupying a lower capsule, you can literally hear and feel everything happening in the upper one, including movement and conversations. This can make it difficult to rest, especially when other guests are inconsiderate. Despite this drawback, I appreciated the cleanliness, convenient location, and excellent customer service. With improvements to the capsules’ sound insulation and structural stability, the experience could be significantly better.

Pro's: Great price, clean most of the time, good facilities for the cost and very close to the city centre. Staff are friendly too. Vending machines etc available and supermarkets etc close by. Con's: sleeping pod literally just has a bed, no space to get changed. Air conditioning is terrible. Tiny little fan which does almost nothing in the pod. Outside of the pod is ok. Pretty noisy and people are inconsiderate and speaking loudly late at night. Most of the dispensors (soap, conditioner etc) in the bathroom were broken/damaged Overall, good for a couple of nights as it's close to main sites and the city centre and the price is good, but not really good for longer than two nights. Also too hot to visit this place in July/August due to lack of air conditioning in the pods.

The pods were very clean (not true for other Futurotels I’ve stayed in) but I don’t like that they have TVs in the pods because the dude above me had his on full blast all night. I had to ask staff to tell him to turn it down at 1:30 am. Other than that, it was a good place for a cheap bed.

These are sleep pods. Queen size bed, nice lighting with reading lights, and a TV. There is a bathroom in your room that you share with the other 4 pods in your room and a larger bathroom with more showers and toilets down the hall. (I state this because when I asked, prior to booking, if our room had its own bathroom, the answer was yes, which was technically true.)There is a community sitting area with a big TV and nice kitchen with a community refrigerator. These were all clean and nice. The bed was a foam mat over a hard surface. For me, sleeping on my side meant my shoulders and hips were against the hard surface. The "climate control" consisted of two vents the size of a car's a/c vents that you could adjust fan speed. They were not adequate to cool the pod with two people sleeping inside. With the fan on high we would go to bed with the pod at 72f/22c and awake with a light film of sweat and the temp 79f/26c. The staff was polite, sympathetic and turned the thermostat in our room down to 17c. They advised sleeping with the pod door open until the pod cooled but with other travelers arriving at different times in the night, this wasn't practical. This hotel is a value at the price. It's a nice upgrade on a hostel, with much more privacy and security. I feel like upgrading the mattresses and improving the airflow would make a huge difference in the quality of sleep!

I arrived at the property early and was shown a Café where I could wait, which was only a short walk away. The staff were quite accommodating at first, but when they showed me my room, I was shocked to see that a large double bed completely covered the living area. I asked the staff person showing me the room if she could do something about it but she remained non-committal. I thin examined the bed to find that it was two single beds put together so I went and asked the staff if they could remove one of these, once again they we non-committal even though on a notice they put under my door it said, ‘Our staff will be happy to help you with whatever you need to make your experience even more comfortable.’ The next day I took action myself and put the second mattress on its side against the wall, together with the metal frame. I then had room to live in.

Terrible. This place was a big shock. We refused to check in. It turns out that the cabin is a box you have to bend and crawl on your knees to sleep on the mattress on the floor. The place smells like a dead rat with lots of flies around you. The bathroom is shared with other 5 cabins. We had to book another hotel despite how tired we were when we arrived. I had to dispute the amount I paid which was a lot for that kind of a place.

1 shared bathroom across 8-10 pods and the toilet was blocked all night. The temperature in the pod was stuck at a minimum of 28 degrees all night and the air con did not make a difference, was too hot to sleep.
