Charming little hotel

Charming and spacious affordable room, not too far from main attractions. Lady at the reception was very kind and helped us with our train reservation. Points to be taken into consideration: there is no elevator, and onsite reception is available only from 11.00 to 15.00.

Good location. Walkable to everything. Beautifully furnished. Very clean. Would like to stay here again. Loved it. Couple downsides, the glass door that separates the bedroom from the bathroom was squeaky when you slid it making it hard not to wake your partner in the middle of the night if you needed to use it. Also, the reception has limited hours and so if you arrive outside those hours you have to check in online which didn’t work for us for some technical reason or you have to walk about 6 minutes to their other property to check in. When we got there we had to wait 10 minutes for the reception person to come check us in so not the easiest process if you arrive after 3:00p. Still I loved the room and location and would stay here again.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Seville and large, spacious rooms. The receptionists were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of Seville. The only downside was the Aircon was very weak, a fridge in the room would have also been ideal.

We enjoyed our stay at La Pila del Pato. We were suprised at how spacious the room was. It was a comfortable stay and the staff were responsive thru whatsapp. The reception is only open at certain times but it was not really an issue because we can communicate with them anytime.

Well organised. Beautiful, old style Seville building with internal patio and high ceilings. Lovely room. Quiet and easy access to cathedral etc. As there was no full time reception instructions were given for initial access to hotel. This was well organised. The receptionist, when there, was great and very helpful.

Clean, spacious room and great, quiet location! Only 10-15 min walk to key sites. Lots of restaurants and bars in easy walk. Clean, shared kitchen with coffee maker, teapot, microwave and fridge. (Just ask about getting coffee pods every day). Pleasant sitting area in the lobby. Staff were not always at reception but phone was available to call sister hotel 5 minutes away 24 hours a day for questions or assistance. Great laundry place 5 min away if you need it. In all, we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it.

It's in an area easy for you to walk to places, clean and the management can be reached by texting on WhatsApp. The checking in process after hours is easy also (no 24/7 front desk person.) There's no laundry in the building (unlike the post on expedia). Luckily, there's a nearby laundromat. Don't buy soap, all of that is provided in the machine. All you need is to put money in. You can save a little bit if you use their card ( depending on the # of loads that you have.) However, the owner property should let people know that there is NO elevator in the building since it may be difficult for someone to lift luggage to the room. As long as you make it clear on the post so people don't get stuck in a difficult situation.

Great location for the Seville city centre. In the heat we only had a short walk everywhere we wanted to go. The AC was also amazing to have after being outside all day. My only issue was there was no way to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet and once the bathroom got moist it attracted some bugs.
